Perhaps you saw the Ikigai Fibers trunk show when we first introduced the yarn in fall 2023? If you did, you couldn’t have missed the amazing hand embroidery on various woolens – newly handknit as well as thrifted pieces. Using Ikigai Fibers Stick and Stitch patterns we’ll work on embellishing our woolens one stitch at a time.
Limited to 5 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Level: Confident Beginner/Intermediate. You’ve taken embroidery basics or the equivalent.
- We provide: The space, embroidery needles, irons, and the expertise.
- You bring: Yourself, something to embroider (this can be a hat, shawl, cowl, sweater – it just needs to be a knit), the Scandi Flower embroidery pattern or the Fleurish embroidery pattern, and finger or sport weight wool yarn to embroider with. We offer 15% off supplies purchased for any of our classes.
