Keep your machine running smoothly by filling out a sewing machine servicing & repairs form & having gather here service your machine.
Regular maintenance is necessary to keep your machine running smoothly for years to come. gather here’s service and repair comes with a 3 month warranty on any service performed.
Note that work not performed by us & parts not replaced by us are not covered.
Machine Service Prices:
- $125 Basic MECHANICAL sewing machines (all brands)
- $145 Basic COMPUTERIZED sewing machines (all brands)
- $170 BERNINA 7 Series machines
- $200 BERNINA 8 Series machines
- $75 Embroidery Module Service (added cost to any machine service)
- $135 Serger or Coverstitch
- $170 Serger / Coverstitch combo machine
This deposit will be applied to the full price and you will be invoiced for the balance. Should you decide not to go ahead with a repair we will refund the deposit.
Please include only the following accessories with your machine when you bring it in for service:
- foot control
- power cord
- bobbin
- bobbin case (unless the machine has a drop in bobbin)
- zig-zag presser foot
- buttonhole presser foot
- any decorative stitch cams (common with older machines)
Paying the deposit will put your machine into the repair queue. We’ll let you know when you’re next and that you should drop off your machine. Or you can pay the deposit in the store and leave your machine with us. Whatever works for you.
You MUST also fill out a sewing machine servicing & repairs form.
