Improv Color Play – 2 sessions sale in uk
Explore the art of improvisational quiltmaking with this intensive workshop that focuses on color play. In this class, we will riff on a traditional motif of your choosing and create a composition that sings with color. You will learn skill building piecing techniques and how to apply color theory in an exciting and intuitive fashion.
Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Level: All skill levels are welcome. You are confident operating a sewing machine as well as a rotary cutter.
- We provide: The studio space, tools and expertise.
- You bring: Fabric you love! 8 fat quarters – a mix of both solid and print. 1/2 yard of a fabric that will be your dominant/unifying fabric; we offer 15% off materials purchased for any of our classes.
- Class length: 2 1/2 hours each session for a total of 5 hours.
Sessions run on February 20 & 27 at 3pm & are in person only.
