First Quilt – 4 sessions For Cheap in uk

SewCanShe’s Fat Quarter Fancy quilt pattern is a simple quilt that you’ll piece, make the back, baste, and quilt as well as bind. This is a great pattern to use all your favorite fat quarter fabric pieces together! We really wanted a project that teaches all the steps but is sizable so you get accustomed to quilting on your home sewing machine.

Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

• Level:  adventurous beginner/intermediate – you have successfully completed Quilting Basics and Patchwork 2 or equivalent.
• We provide: expertise , tools, and machines.
• You bring: a  copy of the pattern (or find the free blog post here), 9 coordinating fat quarters for top , 56″ of cotton batting (at least 60” wide), 1 1/4 yards of fabric (45″ wide) for background fabric, 3 1/2 yards of backing fabric, a 1/2 yard of fabric for the binding.

• If you opt to take this workshop online, you will need to pick up your supplies prior to the class session and will need a working sewing machine. All in store classes require students and instructors to self-administer a health and wellness check and wear a mask during the workshop.
