Create your own counted cross-stitch portrait of Massachusetts Senator and Democratic Presidential Front Runner ELIZABETH WARREN. We’ll start with the basics of cross stitch in this class so you will have this project underway for the third round of Democratic Presidential Debates at the end of the week (who the heck televises a debate on a Friday night???) We’ll have the Thursday night debate streaming on our wall so come hear our future president discuss policy and make something!
Each kit includes Aida cross-stitch fabric, a 5-inch wooden embroidery hoop, one tapestry needle, a pattern, 6-strand embroidery floss, and instructions for cross-stitching and finishing the project. Kits are designed and assembled by local artist, Emily Gallardo.
Limited to 5 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
