Description
Crochet Colorwork Cowl sale in uk
Inspired by traditional herringbone tweed fabric, two color tapestry colorwork mimics a herringbone pattern in this cozy cowl which can also be made as a longer infinity scarf. Tweel is the Scots word for twill and thanks to an error made by a London cloth merchant, we have tweed fabrics and not tweel fabrics! Designed by Alyson Chu – we think this is a great stretch goal project for intermediate crocheters. If you are confident you can begin the ribbing section of the pattern prior to class.
Limited to 4 students (17yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Level: Intermediate. Per the pattern: yarn management and color changes may be challenging for a beginner crochet but we truly believe that if you really want to learn something you can do it!
- We provide: the space and the expertise
- You bring: yourself, a copy of the pattern (available via Ravelry), approximately 95 yards of sport weight weight yarn if making the cowl, and a size G crochet hook. Don’t forget that we offer 15% off all materials purchased for class.
- Class length: 2 1/2 hours
